Any and all disputes or

8. Termination or
Cancellation. Either
we or you may end this
agreement (the Terms)
with or without cause or
prior notice. You will

due or other obligations

agreement ends, and if

be your new agreement to
the Terms. If applicable
law requires us to

termination or

to be invalid, then that

superseded by an
enforceable provision

Our failure to act with
respect to a breach does
not waive our right to
act as to subsequent or
similar breaches, and
time is of the essence
